The situation
A wrong order that has already left the warehouse does not come back as a return. The parcel goes undelivered, and the shipping cost in both directions comes off the seller's margin. Shopify will happily fulfil a fraudulent or mistaken order at three in the morning; nothing stands between the checkout and the courier.

- Every Shopify order lands on hold automatically — the team reviews it and releases shipment with one click, or in bulk
- All of a merchant's stores on one screen, so approving does not mean logging into four admins
- An audit trail on every order: who approved it and at what time stays on the record
- Wrong, fraudulent or risky orders stop before the courier, not after — no undelivered parcel, no two-way shipping cost
- Free for the first 50 orders, so a merchant sees it work before paying
