The situation
Small businesses in Turkey run on WhatsApp, not on software. Asking them to adopt a CRM fails. Putting the software inside the conversation they already have does not.
What we built
Multi-tenant platform: one runtime, many businesses, strict data separation between them
Agent backend on Fastify + Postgres, with Gemini on Vertex AI doing the language work
Modules priced and sold separately, so a business buys the one job it needs today
Stokçu, the first module: a WhatsApp stock assistant that answers 'do we have this' without anyone opening a system
Customer portal and billing, so onboarding does not require us
Where it stands
In production, sold per module, with new modules added on the same runtime.
