E-ticaret

Six Turkish marketplaces run from one panel — product, stock, price, order and settlement.

E-ticaret — Six Turkish marketplaces run from one panel — product, stock, price, order and settlement.

The situation

A seller listing on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, idefix, n11, PttAVM and ÇiçekSepeti keeps the same catalogue in six places by hand. Each marketplace has its own categories, its own required attributes, its own commission structure. The work is not hard; it is endless, and every missed update costs either a sale or a penalty.

What we built

01

Six marketplace integrations, each against the platform's own seller API — not a scraper, not a spreadsheet import

02

Product sync: one supplier catalogue pushed out to every marketplace, with each one's category, brand and mandatory-attribute rules satisfied separately

03

Stock and price sync: when the supplier's stock or cost moves, the marketplace record moves with it. Products that drop out of the feed close to sale, and drift is scanned and corrected on a schedule

04

Order fulfilment: a sale opens a purchase task, an RPA worker completes the order on the supplier's site and passes the tracking code back. Anything that gets stuck stays visible instead of failing silently

05

Analytics and finance in one place: settlements, commissions, shipping and returns are joined so profit is real profit, calculated per order and per product

06

Money is integer kuruş end to end, and the analytics live in BigQuery rather than being recomputed from operational records on every page load

Where it stands

In production, running the operation daily across six marketplaces.
