The situation
At-home grooming already happened over phone calls and Instagram DMs. Nobody could scale it, because trust, scheduling and payment all lived in someone's head.
What we built
Two-sided marketplace: customers book, professionals accept and serve at the customer's address
React Native app on Expo Router, with a GraphQL backend on Firebase Functions
Professional onboarding with document and selfie verification, plus an admin panel to accept or reject each application with a written reason
Marketing site that shows the service rather than describing it
One design language across app, site and admin, so the brand does not fall apart between surfaces
Where it stands
Live on the App Store, operating in Istanbul with 30+ professionals. Web and admin surfaces running alongside it.
