Registration platform
Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Spor Okulu
The university's youth sports academy — programme, registration and payment in one place.
The situation
Registration for a term of sports classes ran on forms, phone calls and bank transfers that someone had to reconcile by hand. Parents wanted to enrol a child in ten minutes.
What we built
- Course catalogue the sports school edits itself through a CMS, with no developer in the loop
- Registration tied to accounts, so a parent's history and their children stay together
- Iyzico payments with 3D Secure — the enrolment finishes online instead of at a bank
- Built to survive the enrolment spike at the start of every term
Where it stands
Live, running each term's enrolment.
